It was extremely similar to how my road into Naturopathy began. I searched for years for solutions and experimented with different naturopathic ways to heal my issues until I finally found ways to treat the “whole” me rather than just temporary fixes. After much effort, naturopathic treatment provided me with answers, choices, and most importantly outcomes. I started taking matters into my own hands, learning from ND’s, eating things that nourished me, gave up bad habits, and learned to listen to my body rather than ignore it. Instead of ignoring and suppressing the problems that were bothering me, I learned how to fix them.

This motivated me to pursue a profession as a Naturopath, and I've since made it my mission to assist others in having the same experience. In order to help my patients feel more like themselves again, I help them put together all the pieces to the puzzle, make all the connections, identify the underlying source of their problems, and recommend solutions.

As a Naturopath, I use a combination of traditional, modern & evidence-based research that incorporates nutritional + herbal remedies & better lifestyle habits to restore the body to health. I am passionate about empowering and enlightening people who want to live a full, active life and enhance their health. I am passionate about assisting others in realising their health objectives and I feel that maintaining good health should be enjoyable and fulfilling because the body naturally has the capacity to heal itself.
